1. Scope of Services
Nasim Hassan provides specialized professional services in the domain name industry, including domain recovery guidance, automated drop-catching execution, brand domain curation, seller representation, and confidential buyer brokerage. By submitting an inquiry or retaining our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. No Guarantee of Recovery or Acquisition
While we apply industry experience and automated monitoring across 1,000+ TLDs, domain recovery and drop catching involve independent registry and registrar policies, competing backorders, and legal redemption regulations. We do not guarantee that any expired, dropping, or registered domain can be successfully recovered or acquired.
3. Separation of Fees & Third-Party Expenses
Our service fees and brokerage commissions represent professional representation only. They do not include external third-party costs, such as:
- Registrar-imposed redemption fees (which vary by registrar and extension)
- Standard annual registry registration or renewal fees
- Third-party platform backorder charges
- Licensed escrow transaction and wire transfer fees
All external fees are disclosed and agreed upon with the client before being incurred.
4. Independent Representation & Dual Agency
We maintain strict objectivity and loyalty to our retained client. In any domain acquisition or sale, we do not represent both the buyer and the seller in the same transaction without explicit written disclosure and mutual consent from both parties.
5. Escrow and Settlement Compliance
Nasim Hassan does not operate as an escrow bank or depository. All transactions requiring exchange of purchase capital are routed through licensed, independent third-party escrow services (such as Escrow.com) or trusted marketplace transaction systems. Both parties are bound by the terms and inspection periods established by the escrow provider.
